Styles

For all styles:

  • Shading costs about $5 extra, depending on complexity

  • Additional characters cost half price

  • Solid color/abstract backgrounds are free

Ordering

  • Feel free to ask me about specific styles seen in my artwork, background pricing, etc.!

Monochrome Sketch

Can be sketched in black/white or your choice of a single color

Custom Character Design

I can create a simple reference sheet for your original character!For symmetrical designs, I use the symmetry tool and draw the character facing head-on. This makes the process easier and faster for me.For asymmetrical designs, I draw the character in a 3/4 angle, with more creative poses or expressions.

I may decline commissions that I am uncomfortable with, content-wise or skill-wise.

Usage

  1. I have the right to use the commissioned art in my gallery. However, I may ask for your permission to publish your commission on my social media pages (mainly Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram).

  2. You may use the art for personal use (profile pictures, wallpapers, etc.).

  3. You may NOT use my art for profit. This includes, but is not limited to, mass-producing and selling copies of the commissioned artwork (as posters, clothing, etc.).

  4. If you would like to commission a piece for use in a work that you will profit off of, please contact me to discuss details!

  5. You may repost the commissioned art on social media as long as you credit me (dellabeat).

  6. You may NOT alter my art. This includes, but is not limited to, recoloring, adding text, and using photo filters. However, you are free to crop my art for personal uses like profile pictures, as mentioned above.

Payment

  1. I take payment through PayPal invoices. This is for the financial safety of both myself (as the seller) and of you (as the buyer). I do not accept or request payment through PayPal’s “Friends and Family” feature as it does not have buyer protection.

  2. I may make exceptions and take payment through other methods (such as Venmo or CashApp) depending on the circumstances.

  3. Payments are placed in US dollars ($USD). PayPal automatically converts international currencies.

  4. I take half of the payment up-front and the other half upon completion of the commission. You are free to pay the full amount up-front if you wish.

  5. I begin working on your commission order once I receive the initial payment.

Refunds

  1. If I feel that I am unable to deliver your commission in a timely manner (i.e. longer than 1 month), I may refund your money.

  2. In the event that I stop updating you without prior notice, you may request a refund.

Revisions

  1. Unless otherwise discussed, I will check in 1-2 times with you to discuss any revisions.

Character Designs ("Adoptables")

  1. You may resell the design for no more than the original price you paid, unless the design is resold with additional paid pieces of art (commissions).

  2. You may trade the design in exchange for other character designs, pieces of art, or “MYO (make your own) slots” for closed species.

  3. (Optional) I would appreciate it if you let me know who you have transferred the design to! I love to see what people create with my designs.
